- Do you ship to all countries?
You can have your order delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you live in another country, please contact customer service, preferably by e-mail. For extra shipping costs we could ship to another country within the EU.
- How to return an item outside The Netherlands?
Upon receipt, you have 14 days to decide whether to return any item from your order (including all sale items). Please fill out the return form included with your order. Outside the Netherlands, you must return unwanted orders at your own expense. You can send the items including the return form, in the original box, to this address: Purdey Huygenseweg 36, 5482 TG, Schijndel, The Netherlands. Please note, it is very important that when you return an item, we know which order number it relates to. It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on the postal service you use. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the goods and issue a refund within 7 business days..
